Certified Home Watch

 Home Watch is an alternative to a house sitter or having your neighbor watch your home while you are away. Home Watch Service is conducted by a licensed Real Estate Broker with extensive real estate experience. Services are extended to homes in Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage, Indian Wells and the surrounding areas.

     A complete inspection of your home and a copy of keys are made.

     Verification that all doors and windows are properly secure

     and there are no visible signs of break-in.

• Test and reset Home Security System.
• Check for evidence of water leaks or damage and check for visual signs of mold and mildew.
• Visual inspection for signs of insects and or rodents.
• Check that A/C is cooling and reset thermostat settings if needed.
• Set Water Heater to Vacation mode.
• Run faucets, sink disposals, and flush toilets.
• Check that main water valve is turned off after each inspection (unless otherwise requested by client).
• Check electric panel for tripped breakers and make sure electric water heater breaker is turned off. Thermal Imaging provided on panel on request.
• Visual inspection throughout property including lanai and garage.
• Walk exterior perimeter of single-family homes to check pool condition, screening, signs of vandalism. Aerial Pictures on request.
• IMMEDIATE reporting to Client of issues found.
